We have produced this book to help your left-handed child with using scissors and cutting out shapes properly. Scissors are the item most commonly referred to as difficult to use by left-handers, and they are a perfect example of a totally right-handed design, which becomes extremely inefficient and uncomfortable when used in the left hand. Imagine the frustration of being the only child in class who cannot cut out the card shapes because the paper or card keeps tearing and you cannot seem to cut neatly along a line however hard you try! By using a pair of proper left-handed scissors, following the basic guidance given here and a bit of practice this need never be a problem again.
