We try to provide a fair service at a reasonable cost to all left-handers worldwide and to break-even overall on packing and delivery costs / charges to customers. It has to cover the cost of the padded envelope & all the other packaging materials we use as well as the average postage cost (based on thickness, size & weight).

We are based in the United Kingdom but we want to treat all our customers all round the world fairly.

If you are in the EU, local VAT will be added during the checkout process – enabling us to ship your order “IOSS” – so no local handling charge** / duties will be due when the shipment arrives ( for orders under €150) - basically just like it used to be pre-brexit! – and the parcel should arrive more quickly as well!

** PLEASE NOTE: If the parcel is being delivered to an address in Italy, from 1st January 2026, it is subject to a €2 "customs administration fee" charged by the Italian Government and collected directly from the Italian recipient. 

We are unable to ship to certain countries. If no delivery options are shown when you checkout, unfortunately it means that we are unable to deliver to you.

We have to ship Kitchen Knives & Safety Cutters / Safety Cutter blades using Royal Mail Age Tracked in the UK and via a Tracked service for other countries. We are unable to ship knives to Lebanon & Denmark because of local legislation. We are unable to ship most products to Gibralter as they ban imports of scissors / knives & other items.

Please note that shipments for countries outside the UK are based on combined per-parcel fee plus a per-kilo rate (both vary by country), which our checkout automatically calculates for you.
