Your invoice from Anything Left Handed that we include with your watch when it is sent will act as a valid receipt for the purposes of the guarantee.

I regret that the watch you purchased 20 years ago is no longer in production & we do not carry spare parts for this. Sorry.
It may be that your local jeweller could source a replacement glass from a different manufacturer?
