How is this knife lefthanded?

The groove is on the opposite side to a right-handed version and angled/sharpened accordingly for left-handed use. Simply hold the knife so that the V-shaped groove digs into the fruit or vegetable (or even chocolate if you prefer!) and pull towards you – the groove removes a neat strip of peel which you can curl for drinks, cocktails or food decoration.
