About this product
Oxford Left-handed Cartridge Pen – featuring a specially designed replaceable iridium left-handed nib for superbly smooth, neat handwriting.
How is this cartridge pen lefthanded?
This is a fully left-handed pen with the specially designed (replaceable) iridium left-handed nib already installed in the pen nib unit. Left-handed nibs are manufactured with the tip slanted in the opposite direction – they are also cut at a slightly steeper angle and are a little more rounded, allowing them to be more easily 'pushed' when writing with the left hand.
The most comfortable way for left-handers to write is to 'push' rather than 'pull' a pen across the page – and for lefties, these nibs produce superbly smooth, neat handwriting.

A nice writer, but frustrating that one has to continually shake or scribble: to get to work initially (after a period of non-use).
It has improved my writing! I am nearly 70 & I have at long last found the answer to my scribbly writing with a fountain pen. With your nib positioned especially for us lefties, my writing is as good as anyone's! Thank you.
Great pen This is the first time I have ever bought a left handed fountain pen. I was sceptical. Would it actually be different? Yes, it is so much better. I realise that I have been fighting to write with other fountain pens, this one works with me as I "push" it along. Good weight and width.
Best Fountain pen I have ever had This pen writes like a dream. For years I have asked in pen specialist shops for a left handed pen, I have usually been offered a slanted italic nib as a solution. This pen is far superior. One small niggle, I prefer to use ink and a converter would have been nice.
Cartridge pen I bought this for my grandson who lives in France where there is little help for left-handlers . He finds it a great help.
