How is this bread knife lefthanded?
The Everest range of single-edged left-handed knives are specifically manufactured in Italy to have the blade serrated or sharpened only on the right. This counters the instinctive pulling/twisting motion of the left hand and gives a clean, accurate straight cut with much less effort.

After a slight disagreement in the pub about my ability (or lack there of) with bread cutting, my husband ordered me this bread knife - lets be honest, to prove that it was a user issue rather than the tool.
It arrived today, and I'm now wondering how I've got to nearly 50 without a left handed bread knife? I can now officially say it was definitely the knife - I am actually very good at cutting bread!
I'm in love with the new knife, and with the wafer thin slices I now cut.
