How is this dog stripping knife left-handed?

The shark tooth type blade was manufactured some years ago, exclusively for left-handed use, by Kutrite of Sheffield for a number of clients. We have bought the majority of the last remaining stock, so depending on availability at the time you order, you may receive product that is branded Everest, Kutrite or Magnet.
