This fully left handed Original Fish 1920s design corkscrew has an expandable "lazy tong" mechanism which makes extracting a cork much easier than with a traditional corkscrew. It has a reversed design anti-clockwise screw direction so you can turn it into the cork in your natural left-handed direction and once the fish has been screwed into the cork, simply hold the bottle with one hand and pull the tail with the other - because the expandable tong extends three times as far as the screw moves, it only takes a third of the normal effort to pull the cork out.
It comes in a glossy "Aqua" deep turquoise blue colour which looks great with the polished stainless steel body and details. 168mm / 6.75inches long when closed, this left handed fish corkscrew makes a great gift for a lefthander who enjoys wine. It is also so attractive it makes a great bar ornament and if you leave it laying around for right-handers to use (or not!) they will soon see the difficulty us lefthanders normally face :)
