Fully left-handed stainless steel "Canelle" knife. This is used for decorating fruit and vegetables by cutting away a thin strip of the skin to leave an interesting shape or pattern. It can also be used on carrots, cucumbers, radishes, apples, pears, firm bananas etc. The strips removed can be curled and added to drinks or cocktails or for food decoration and if the decorated fruit or vegetable is sliced you get a crinkled edge effect.
