Left handed shops

We want to make sure you can get hold of left-handed items for you and your children wherever you are in the world and we have been helping people open left-handed shops in other countries and supplying left-handed products to them on wholesale terms for more than 30 years.

This list is an index to the pages of information for various left-handers we work with around the world and it will be growing over then next few months.

Can anyone tell me if and where the left handed shops are in London??

    • Keith says:

Hi Rosemary – we used to run the only left-handed shop in London but we had to close it because the rent, rates and staff costs were just too high. Now we just make our products available on our web site but we deliver all round the world.

I am looking for a small pair of true left handed scissors….the blades need to be left handed….I sew, quilt and have large true left scissors….
I often use ones that can be used right or left as the handles are not shaped…I find them not great for close trimming, as I can not see around the blade…Thanks

I am a let handed woman who recently started sewing and quilting. Except for scissors and adaptable rotary cutters, I cannot find anything made for the left hander. Can you advise me on where to look?

is it wrong to be left handed? i had my left hand tied behind my back when i was in school in the 1980’s. my mum said i bring sham on the familly. i still use my left hand for most things but i write with my right hand just to please my mum.

    • Sharon says:

There is nothing wrong with being left-handed. We are the thinkers and artists of the world. We are more adaptable because we live in a right-handed world. Be yourself and let Mum adapt for once.
