We have received a query from a customer who said that the ink cartridge for his Griffix Ink Writer would not stay in place and also that the cap would not stay on.  the answer is that the pen is designed to have two cartridges inside the body one with the sealing cap off ready for writing and the other upside down inside the body as a spare.  This spare cartridge keeps the live one in place and locates onto the tip of that live cartridge and snaps onto the body to seal it when not in use.

If you do not put the second cartridge inside the body the first one just pushes up so you can’t write with it and there is nothing to fix the cap in place.
