Ideal I bought this as part of a selection of left handed knives for my mum. For years she has struggled with right-handed knives and she has found these to be excellent products. Black Diamond
comfortable, sharp, good size. A comfortable to hold, good sized vegetable knife. I use it for almost all vegetable, the ecxeption being anything very large and or tough. Cutting chips from a sweet potato, or turnip.Otherwise it will tackle anything. It's such a pleasure to use tools designed for lefties. They work! susan
