This ice cream/food server has a spring hand mechanism designed for left-handers' comfort and the scoop runs from left to right across the bowl so it is not in the way when you scoop with it in the open position. The bowl is 50mm across, in stainless steel with asymmetrical, thermally insulated plastic handle to make work easier. Ideal for ice-cream, rice, butter, mashed potatoes, melon balls etc
